Managing Director
Biography
Chris has been with the company for over 25 years and brings a total of 30 years’ experience in freight transport economics and policy to the team.
Chris specialises in the economics of road and rail freight and the ports and shipping sectors, as well as the impact of public policy on the freight transport and logistics industry. Before joining MDS Transmodal Chris worked in the transport and environment area at the National Audit Office and at the European Commission in Brussels.
What motivates Chris
Chris loves having the opportunity to learn something new each day about how the world works.
Outside work
Chris enjoys walking his dog, Rocco, loves to travel and is passionate about the history and heritage of Chester.

MA (Hons) History, Cambridge University
Chartered Member of the Institute of Logistics and Transport
