Biography
Before joining MDS Transmodal, Gail worked for 10 years with a company of international consulting engineers as a principal consultant in the maritime sector and prior to that for two other companies specialising in shipping economics and market analysis.
What motivates Gail
Gail gets a buzz from watching the physical activity in ports helping to make trade happen.
Outside work
Gail enjoys country walks with the added dimension that new binoculars bring, as well as improving her artistic skills in painting and drawing.

BSc (Hons) Geography, University College, London
Gail has been with the company since 2000 and brings over 30 years’ of experience specialising in port and shipping market research and consultancy. Gail’s overseas experience is extensive, having contributed to port master planning projects in China and Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Africa, Europe and North America.
